A pencil and a piece of white paper fulfilled the philosophy of PVANZ, and the classic watch was painted under the designer's hand.
From product or movement sketches to virtual 3D models, and then to runable test pieces, to the final series production, the entire process requires patience, skill and repeated trials and corrections.
The whole piece of steel is made of high-performance CNC machine tools. The shape of the outer casing required for complete cutting must be absolutely precise. First make a model of the different materials and then cut to complete the final form.
The automatic lathe is turning, drilling and tapping on various materials, and it can be rotated more than 6,000 times per minute. The high-precision process makes the precision of the parts up to the micron level.
The milling cutter on the cutting machine removes the excess and the perfect shape of the sawtooth, gear and pinion is extremely precise due to the limited size of the part and the extremely small working surface.
Not letting out any tiny flaws that are invisible to the naked eye, greatly enhances the aesthetics and brightness of the watch, giving the case a dazzling glow.
The process of attaching a metal film to the surface of a metal or other material by electrolysis to prevent metal oxidation (such as rust), improve wear resistance, light reflectivity, corrosion resistance and enhance aesthetics.
Each dial requires printing, inlaying, coloring and other processes. The processing area of the dial is small and the machining requirements are high, so the yield of the dial is quite low.
After the prototypes of all the parts have been processed, their quality must be screened one by one, and there must not be any subtle defects to ensure that each accessory is fully compliant with the brand standard.
Each piece of PVANZ watch must be assembled and commissioned by a professional. The position of the watch pointer requires the position of the pointer to be very precise, ensuring that each watch runs normally.
The mobile phone movement is the most complicated structure. It consists of more than 100 precision parts. The installation of each accessory requires fine operation. The movement assembly must make every function of the watch work.
After the assembly of the watch is completed, the precision of the instrument test is taken. The error standard of each watch is strictly controlled within the Swiss industry standard error range. The PVANZ watch has been carried out above the industry error standard.
Before leaving the factory, each watch will be immersed in water to simulate the daily water environment. The test water pressure is 10% higher than the guaranteed waterproof depth, and the diving watch is 25% higher.
This includes general posture, waving of the arm while running, and even slight impact. This robot is used to simulate the wearing condition for many years in a week, so that the designer can evaluate the actual performance of the watch in a short time.
The final qualification of the watch is uniformly checked by the quality inspection department to ensure that each watch is fully in line with the brand's craft standards.
